Projects

Nothing at the moment.
From 2001 until the end of 2004, I participated in the EU-funded project CogViSys. This project was concerned with the exploration and realization of a cognitive vision system. Such a system is meant to perceive its environment visually and create an internal conceptual representation of that perceived world. The internal world representation can then be exploited to reason on it, leading to actions or to an automatically generated natural language description of certain aspects of the world.

SGTEditor As part of the CogViSys project, we tried to come up with representation formalisms and tools to import, represent and modify the knowledge base of cognitive vision systems. One of these tools facilitates the graphical inspection and creation of Situation Graph Trees (SGTs), which can be used to represent behavioral knowledge. SGTEditor has been made available under Gnu Public License. More about SGTEditor
